Updates for August 2007:Added a 1942 paint memo on the camouflage painting of new-construction destroyers and an August, 1941 memo from the Commandant of the 13th Naval District clarifying camouflage instructions.
Updates for July 2007:Added TONS of Navy Ship Camouflage memos in the US Navy Camouflage Section: 1940's 4CN-40: Camouflage Painting for Destroyers, 1941 memos (April) Outside Gray Paints, Deck Staining, Camouflage for new Construction, 15-CN-41: Camouflage Experiments, the SHIPS-2 Rev 1 Distribution letter and SHIPS-2 itself, and finally for 1941, Atlantic Fleet 13 CL-41 and the transition to Measure 12 Mod. Also added a 1942 Pacific Fleet memo ordering Measure 21 for most ships. August's updates will not be this large!
